UPCOMING EVENTS

A key part of our mission to foster collaboration between the UK and South Korea will be holding two conferences; one in the UK and the other in South Korea, with the primary goal of knowledge exchange. The UK conference will be co-hosted by the UK and South Korean investigators. Delegates (20-25 in total at each conference; deliberately kept small to encourage intensive interaction and collaboration) will include academic researchers, from research institutions across the country, including senior and early career researchers, police, security, and other legal practitioners. The activities will be developed to facilitate partnership formation, increase the breadth of expertise and research topics investigated, and to grow the membership of the network. This will include paper presentations, panel discussions, as well as speed networking sessions.

Our UK conference will be held in Birmingham at the Edgbaston Park Hotel, just a short distance away from the University of Birmingham where some of our members are based.
